Have to disagree with part of this.

"... class action lawsuit against mainstream media companies for how they’ve manipulated public perception this year. We were told Omicron was mild, that it was the last variant, that it would give us super immunity, that reinfections were rare, and that anyone who disagreed with them was a raging conspiracy nut."

I don't doubt some outlet somewhere said something like that, but as a consumer of MSM (I subscribe to the Washington Post and watch MSNBC) I've never seen anything like that in the main stream. Precisely the opposite, really. I see "Covid is still with us and still dangerous despite the way we pretend it's not" stories almost daily in the Post." headlines like... "WHO warns covid ‘nowhere near over’ as variants spike in U.S., Europe" https://www.washingtonpost.com/health/2022/07/13/covid-pandemic-wave-who-ba5-variants/

I mean... the danger you speak of is real, but if The Washington Post is msm enough, they are saying largely the same thing about it. I assume Fox News is probably down playing it (is that MSM, though)?. Maybe add another lawsuit to their docket.

I hope you get better soon.
